Wildlife Wednesday - An Infant to Remind Us of Spring

I believe this was a baby golden-crowned sparrow, although I can't be positive. The reason I think so is that there was a nest nearby that we knew about, and there were plenty of mated golden crown pairs in the yard. This little fella was perched in a small mugho pine just outside the guest bedroom window. Pure luck that I spotted him and got the camera in time to snap it.
